Who We Are

We provide non-judgemental support and information on healthy lifestyle choices for pregnant and parenting women. We serve women who are at risk for delivering low birth-weight babies. We welcome women who are wanting regular prenatal care, have already had a premature baby, have questioned about healthy eating for two, or want help coping with stress during pregnancy.
