Better Beginnings (CPNP)

Serves:  Southwestern Alberta                     (Lethbridge and area)

Who We Are

We provide non-judgemental support and information on healthy lifestyle choices for pregnant and parenting women. We serve women who are at risk for delivering low birth-weight babies. This can include women who are under 19 years of age, over 35 years of age, or living on a limited income. We welcome women who are wanting regular prenatal care, have already had a premature baby, have questioned about healthy eating for two, or want help coping with stress during pregnancy.
