Who We Are

WHO WE ARE:
  • A free community based program.
  • Non-judgmental.
  • Pregnancy Outreach Worker who provides individualized support for each person we visit. Here to support you and your efforts to have a healthy pregnancy and child.
  • Give your child the greatest gift you can – a healthy start.

Our Programs

WIN PROGRAM – Supporting a Healthy Mother for a Healthy Child
If you are feeling overwhelmed, alone, a newcomer to town, need help with resources, want support, would like to improve your nutrition, want to learn about your pregnancy choices and/or want to learn more about pregnancy, childbirth and life with a new baby, please contact the WIN program today.
 We offer:
  • Free food coupons to support healthy eating during pregnancy and postpartum. Free prenatal vitamins & vitamin D.
  • Individualized Pregnancy and Postpartum support.
  • Individualized Nutrition Counselling.
  • Support for Breastfeeding.
  • Optional Groups.
  • Links to other community resources and parenting resources.
  • To help you learn about baby development.
  • To help you learn about healthy pregnancies.
  • To help you have a healthy baby by keeping you healthy.
