Who We Are

Healthy Choices for Moms and Babes has been operating for more than 10 years. We offer support to expectant moms and babies up to 1-year-old.This is a free and confidential project of the Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program that promotes healthy choices for pregnant women and babies. 

Our Programs

Healthy Choices for Moms and Babes provides nutrition information and advice, prenatal information provided in an individual setting, vouchers for milk, yogurt, prenatal vitamins and vitamin D for baby, and fresh fruit and vegetables (fresh food bag). We are open two days a week. We also help our clients make connections with other agencies and services in the area, promote infant development, breastfeeding support, and provide parenting information.
